Petar has led and improved the wine, restaurant, and bar operations of top properties from the West to East Coast, including Disneyland’s Club 33,
The Stanley Hotel, small private luxury resorts, private restaurants, 
and hotels & resorts under the Hyatt, Sage & Marriott portfolios.
As a hospitality professional with more than 20 years of experience in the industry, he is passionate about building efficient systems to improve operations and enhance the guest experience.
Growing up in the U.S. in a Sicilian & Croatian family, he celebrated the wine industry from a young age. After moving to Washington, Petar continued his education in the wine industry, later managing an extensive wine shop, serving as a sommelier and working as a wine director. He is passionate about the food and beverage industry, creating an exceptional experience for guests, along with a great glass of wine in their hand.

Dedicated wine consultant and award-winning winemaker with over 20 years in the industry


Peter Cushman was born and raised in the heart of Oregon’s Willamette Valley wine country.  After earning a degree in biology and chemistry at the University of Oregon in 2009, he decided to follow in his grandfather’s and father’s footsteps, becoming a third generation winemaker.  Cushman moved to Hood River to assist his father at Viento, the family winery, situated in the promising Columbia Gorge wine region. Cushman joined Noted Wine in 2024 as a partner consultant assisting primarily with purchasing NW wine selections for national hotel wine accounts.
AUSTIN ABEL
Austin Abel recently joined out team late last year as a managing hospitality expert overseeing our taskforce/impact team. His palette and ability to create exstensive wine list for private clients sets him at the top of their lists. In addition to creating award-winning wine lists, Austin usually takes the front running spot for managing as an interim F&B Director/Wine Director.
