Petar Marshall has led and improved the wine, restaurant, and bar operations of top properties from the West to East Coast, including Disneyland’s Club 33,
The Stanley Hotel, small private luxury resorts, private restaurants, 
and hotels & resorts under the Hyatt, Sage & Marriott portfolios.
As a hospitality professional with more than 20 years of experience in the industry, he is passionate about building efficient systems to improve operations and enhance the guest experience.
Growing up in California in a Sicilian & Croatian family, he celebrated the wine industry from a young age. After moving to Washington, Petar continued his education in the wine industry, later managing a wine shop, serving as a sommelier and working as a wine director. He is passionate about the food and beverage industry, creating an exceptional experience for guests, along with a great glass of wine in their hand.
